Los Nogales

Finca Los Nogales is synonymous for incredibly high quality coffees, producing new and unique varietals, processing methods and flavour profiles. This particular lot, named Red Fruit Passion, is a Tabi varietal, processed using a variety of modern methods, each designed to highlight and accentuate the tropical and candy-like cup profile of this coffee. For this lot, the coffee goes through fermentation with yeast, microorganisms from coffee must, as well as a thermal-shock method, designed to lock in the complex level of fermentation in the beans. The resulting coffee is outstanding, packed full of sweet, jammy, candy-like flavours, a coffee that needs to be enjoyed.
